Sealing Technologies, a Parsons Company, provides Cyber Security services and cutting-edge technologies to the Federal Government. SealingTech is looking for an experienced and talented Program Manager to join our Security Enhanced Information Sharing (SEIS) Mission Area, to drive delivery of a High-Performance Computing (HPC) solution that SealingTech is creating for the Department of Defense.
Program Managers are the primary customer interface, managing staffing on the program or project, and tracking performance and cost throughout the program or project’s lifecycle. They establish direction for the projects/programs, actively manage risks and opportunities, and structure activities in times of ambiguity. PMs attain internal resources, coordinate with functional leads and supply base, and update or brief leadership. They grow customer relationships, mentor, and develop talent, grow the business, and apply lessons learned from other projects.
As a member of the program management team, you will perform a variety of tasks related to program performance. You will apply analytical and systematic approaches in the resolution of problems of workflow, organization, and planning. You will support a team of software and systems engineers in the application of software and system engineering principles to the solution of secure systems design problems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead or support projects that have a significant complexity and size, or oversee components of larger projects/programs
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow assigned programs
- Apply lessons learned from other programs
- Performance Management of program team members and direct reports
- Assisting with Business Development including growing work on a current project or securing additional work with current customer
- Provide information and guidance to project team members
- Develop and implement solutions to everyday project challenges
- May manage personnel
Minimum Qualifications:
- US Citizen
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Six to eight years of relevant experience and/or equivalent education
- Experience in various project delivery environments (milestone driven, agile, integrated)
- Comfortable with project management methods and tools
- Comfortable with project financial management practices
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in a recognized project management methodology (e.g., CAPM)
- Experience with project financial analysis and reporting
- PM experience demonstrated in a professional role within a business or project
- Strong understanding of a range of PM methodologies and toolsets
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge and understanding of projects and the wider business environment
- Knowledge and understanding of PM governance and assurance processes
- Functional knowledge spans several different disciplines which contribute to project decisions and successful outcomes
- People management experience
- Knowledge of HPC
- Experience with MS Teams, JIRA, and SharePoint, Unanet

**This role has an internal job title of Program Manager II**. Salary Range: $108K-$132K and potential to qualify for bonuses. The anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
