As our new Principal Integrations Operations Engineer you will be responsible for implementing the designs and standards provided by the Data and Integrations Architect and providing platform and application administration, configuration management, end user management, security and application level patching and upgrades as well as source code control, deployment and release management; and providing support services as needed. The Principal Integrations Operation Engineer will be responsible for crafting, publishing, socializing and overseeing adherence to the standards they establish, and using approved processes for modifying such standards to achieve the strategic goals of OIT, and the tactical needs of the applications deployed to support the needs of customers. In addition, you will drive continuous improvement within the CDO team, as well as lifecycle management and exploration into evolving cloud-based solutions. You will handle the day-to-day interactions with vendors that have been partnered with to help meet work unit and organizational objectives. Providing Design, Development, Unit Testing, Integration Testing and Functional and User Acceptance Testing and Production Implementation support, Anypoint Platform Administration, Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment support and knowledge transfer for MuleSoft Integrations. Establishing automation of manual processes, including code deployment and environment provisioning. Organizing, building, and validating all segments of the code and configurations related to a specific build (release) through CI/CD pipelines. MOVEit Transfer provides the security, centralized access controls, file encryption and activity tracking needed to ensure operational reliability and compliance with SLA, internal governance and regulatory requirements like PCI, HIPAA, etc. Informatica – enterprise level data catalog, data quality, data governance and data lineage management Tableau – an enterprise level platform used to support data analysis and data visualization needs of the business and technology teams that OIT supports. Current MuleSoft certification. Experience with relational database technologies such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or others desired. Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines a plus. Experience using Azure DevOps a plus.
