The role in more details: Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges, employing analytical methods and advanced data handling. Design and lead complex projects and analyses, applying sophisticated analytical techniques across various enterprises. Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions. Engage with peers, risk and compliance managers, and other managers across the enterprise, serving as an expert advisor to the leadership team. Coordinate highly complex activities that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, and innovation. To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills) : Extensive experience in SQL, statistical modeling, and ETL processes. Strong knowledge with cloud concepts and architectures. Proven managerial experience and an ability to oversee diverse teams. Strong inclination towards generalism, embracing new technologies, and architecting solutions. Demonstrated capability in learning new technologies and engaging with all relevant stakeholders. Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex ideas and influencing senior leadership. Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and statistical modeling. Working knowledge of database management and query languages such as PostgreSQL and T-SQL for handling complex queries and data transformation processes. Proven experience in leading software engineering teams, demonstrating the ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and personnel effectively. Familiarity with the development lifecycle and deployment of RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless data integration and interfacing between different software systems. Strong programming skills, allowing for versatile software development across different platforms and applications.
