The challenges:
- Contact person in the user helpdesk
- Acceptance, analysis and rectification of incoming faults
- Setting up and installing PC workstations and mobile devices
- Active Directory administration
- Support of the media technology
- Maintenance of system documentation
This is what we want to see:
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist, alternatively comparable training
- Experience in the field of IT support
- Service-oriented way of working, strong communication skills and reliable and independent way of working
- Sound knowledge of common operating systems and applications
- Experience with automated software distribution
- Interest in new technologies and good analytical skills as well as process understanding
