Enterprise Architect
The Enterprise Architect isaccountable for delivering digital solutions for connected product, service and interface capabilities and their underlying platforms, in alignment with the Digital Strategy of MOL Campus. Accountable for establishing and managing the necessary team, governance, business processes, project delivery and performance monitoring.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, design, build and maintain IT solution and infrastructure architecture which is in line with IT and business strategy and goals of Campus. Lead and manage the work of Senior Solution, Technical Architects and Product Owners in Campus Optimization ofinformation managementthrough an understanding of evolving business needs and technology capabilities. Strategic responsibility for the IT systems of MOL Campus team. Ensure that entire architecture design recorded in Sparx EA and Confluence is in line with reality Promotion of shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs and improve information flow. Ensure that projects do not duplicate functionality or diverge from each other and business and IT strategies in MOL Campus. Work withsolutions architects and other IT experts to provide a consensus-based enterprise solution for MOL Campus that is scalable, adaptable and in synchronization with ever-changing business needs. Risk Managementof information and IT assets through appropriate standards andsecurity policies. Direct or indirect involvement in the development of policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of Information Technology within the MOL Campus organization. Build employee knowledge and skills in specific areas of expertise. Construct technology-enabled operating models and provide viable options and visibility into execution issues. Develop an implementation plan for the MOL Campus domain enterprise architecture based on business strategy and IT requirements. Seek opportunities to highlight how digital business initiatives will potentially impact enterprises’ economic architecture and metrics. Track and apply innovative and existing technologies, anchoring them in the business model to assess their potential.

REQUIREMENTS
University or college degree with specialization in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience 5+ years professional experience (5+ years in Enterprise Architect position in a similar industry and min. 3 years of people leadership experience) Experience with MS Azure: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud providers Coding Experience preferably in .NET/C#. (Other OO languages can be relevant as Java, JavaScript Frameworks etc.) IoT Experience is an advantage Expert level knowledge and understanding of industry specific IT architecture, applications, systems design and integration, enterprise architecture
Prior experience in multiple IT disciplines with a proven understanding of architectural concepts (data, technical and solution), issues and trends Knowledge ofIT governanceand operations, retail business architecture andfinancial modellingas it pertains to IT investment Knowledge of project- and agile management (e.g. MS Project, JIRA) Familiarity with journey mapping tools (e.g. Axure, InVision, Visio, etc.), TOGAF methodology foundations, good command in Sparx EA tool Systems thinking- the ability to see how parts interact with the whole (“big picture”-thinking) Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand Project andprogram managementplanning and organizational skills Self-driven, detail-oriented, capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills Ability to pick battles in an empowered manner.
