Our partner company uses innovation and technology to deliver energy to our world and they are looking for a Scrum Master to coach their 10 membered IT team in Budapest. Your tasks in your next position would be to:
coach and team on how to integrate Agile values and principles, fostering team collaboration and the improvement of the team, participating in IT project, configurations supporting cross-team collaboration, contribute to smooth agile ceremonies (e.g. Daily Scrum, Sprint Review/Planning/Refining, Retrospective) and ensure complete team involvement, motivate your team to improve continuously its health and ability to deliver value to the customer, encourage joint responsibility and accountability among teams, coordinate interdependencies among Agile teams, collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to help with release planning and maintain the product backlog healthy and ready to go.
What you will need to succeed:
3+ years of experience with Scrum; Agile implementation and projects, experience with Agile work management tools for board management, planning and reporting, ceremonies, metrics – only in the IT field, confident English knowledge in written and verbal, IT or related degree
