Your Focus:
- High-Level Problem-Solving and Innovation : Concentrate on technology and architecture, with our dedicated design team handling all CSS styling
- Contributing to Core Areas : Your work will directly influence app performance, launch time optimisation, resilience, and maintaining high data confidentiality standards.
Your Role in the Specialised Team:
- Cross-disciplinary Collaboration : Working alongside the strongest Native and Web Developers to blend mobile and web technologies seamlessly
- Tech Integration Hub : Serving as the nexus for all app integrations, your role will involve a dynamic range of tasks from social login enhancements, authorisation mechanisms, to the development and maintenance of native plugins, ensuring the app stays on the cutting edge
- Innovative Development : Engaging in the creation and updating of native plugins, angular builders, service workers, web workers, and more, your work will be key in expanding the app’s functionalities and user engagement
- Balanced Expertise : Navigating a balanced involvement between Cordova/Capacitor/Ionic for mobile developments and Angular for web projects within a multi-module Nx Monorepo, providing a rich exposure to both mobile and web domains
- Advanced Feature Implementation : Spearheading the implementation of deep linking for both mobile and web applications, working with Firebase Cloud Messaging / Huawei Messaging Service, integrating websocket, Appsflyer, payment SDKs, and much more, your role is pivotal in enhancing the app’s connectivity and functionality.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Angular/Ionic Expertise : Expert knowledge in Angular and Ionic, utilising these frameworks to develop dynamic and responsive web and app solutions
- Cordova/Capacitor Plugin Development : Expert knowledge in developing plugins for Cordova/Capacitor, enhancing our mobile app’s functionality and user experience
- Advanced Angular Concepts : dependency injection, including the architecture of injectors, change detection strategies (onPush), Angular decorators and expert mastery of DI capabilities, component life cycle expertise
- JavaScript Mastery : Demonstrated expert-level knowledge in JavaScript, essential for developing complex, high-performance applications
- iOS/Android Architectural Knowledge : Expert understanding of iOS/Android architectures, multithreading, and the intricacies of different OS versions, ensuring optimal cross-platform performance
- Design Patterns Knowledge : Expert knowledge of design patterns, enabling the creation of scalable, maintainable, and efficient code architectures, fundamental for developing sophisticated applications and systems.
Desirable Skills:
- Migration Experience : Experience with migrating from Cordova to Capacitor is highly valued, showcasing adaptability and innovation
- Service Worker/Web Worker Knowledge : Familiarity with service workers and web workers is a plus, enhancing our app’s performance and offline capabilities.
