How will you make an impact?
As Junior Oracle Cloud PLM System Analyst , you will provide technical expertise to build and support effective and scalable PLM solutions, aligning with Thermo Fisher Scientific’s standards & strategic objectives.
What will you do?
As a Junior Oracle Cloud PLM System Analyst , you would be responsible to support the validated and non-validated production systems by resolving access, incident and change requests in timely way and enhance user experience.

Design, develop, debug PLM configuration, MDM hub configurations, data quality services, and workflow solutions.

Understand and convert the functional requirements to technical specifications.

Integrate the Oracle cloud with SAP, BI for reporting, Hybris, and other applications.

Develop various custom reports using Oracle PL/SQL, BI Publisher Engine.

Involved in requirement gathering, analysis, build, and test.
How will you get here?
-
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.

Must have at least 1 year of IT support/analyst experience

Developing reports using BI tools is preferred.

Experience in JAVA development and SQL is nice to have.

Familiarity with system integrations
-
Functional knowledge of PLM for part management, document management, CAD management, change orders and change request management is desirable.

Experience in solving L2/L3 issues in enterprise level applications.

Knowledge on quality processes like CAPA, Compliant Management and Non-Compliance is an added advantage.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Should be familiar with Build, deployment procedures and Version control tools.

Support, monitoring and troubleshooting of both production and non- production environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with effective troubleshooting mechanisms and highly adaptable to different work environment

Ability to create and maintain process documentation and deployment process on issues for Future follow-ups.

Team player with ability to work effectively with all levels of organization and individually as well.

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, working in both large and small team environments.

Knowledge of Web Services/XML
