Technology stack:
C#, SQL, SQL server 2019, Windows X64, .NET framework, DevExpress XPO/XAF, VueJS, JSON-RPC, GitLab, Jenkins, SOAP/REST API’s
Core scope:
Maintenance, imporvements and updating of existing large application with + 2M lines of code.
Work methodology – 10 week releases, Agile (SAFe), 2 week sprints.
Job description and skill-sets
- An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience on working with large .NET based monolith structure applications who enjoys a challenge. A minimum of 5 years of practical hands-on experience on the specific technology can also be considered.
- You will be required to familiarize yourself with documentation and dive into existing code. The software needs to be maintained and improved.
- Good communication skills in English are a requirement.
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset are essential as the system is a key part of an IOT and AWS cloud structure using latest technologies.
- A passion for analyzing existing code will be a key success factor.
- Solid working knowledge of database structure’s and SQL is necessary.
- Knowledge of software integrations via API’s and their improvement will also be required on a regular basis.
- Solid experience with CI/CD processes including a good understanding of testing is essential as the systems are deployed remotely to customer locations.
- This is a long-term position as the application is in mid life-cycle phase, deployed to thousands of customers and will be continually maintained and updated.
