___________________________________________________________________________________ The Role Purpose of the role We are currently looking for Platform Engineer who crafts the tools to accelerate development and delights our engineers and is capable of architecting our scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure. Team Our team is made up of experienced software engineers, product designers and product strategists. Together we will build the digital backbone of a construction organisation. Your top 5 responsibilities
- Own Platform: Support the development environment of our software engineers.
- Build and develop your team: Lead, grow and develop our amazing platform team, ensuring we stay focused are producing work of exceptional quality and having a lot of fun along the way.
- Keep us on the cutting edge: Stay up to date with the latest industry technologies and tools and techniques to ensure we are staying ahead of the rest of the industry.
- Infra as code: Terraform all the things!
- Develop everyone: Maximise the development of your team personally and professionally and educate.
Your Capabilities You are a proven Platform Engineer who setting up observability tools and providing the developers with the necessary means for them to have faster feedback. Must-Have (The fundamentals)
- Mastery: Deep level of knowledge on the frameworks and tools used.
- Communication: Good communication is much more than saying the right thing. It is about communicating messages clearly and concisely. Ability to choose the best method of communication based on context, audience and urgency.

- Impact: Over-analysing or over-thinking can be as problematic as not analysing or not thinking. Ability to make decisions and take action.
