Tasks / Feladatok

Develop and execute the company’s recruitment strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives Responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition Team Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies

Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and to identify opportunities for improvement Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities and make decisions based on these information Provide regular reports and insights to management on recruitment metrics and trends Participate in the recruitment of key positions Develop and enhance the organization’s employer brand Managing and developing recruitment, selection, and placement processes Liaising with recruitment agencies and recruitment consultants

Requirements / Elvárások

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR or Economics) At least 7+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Manager role Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives In-depth knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and best practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Team-player and proactive attitude
