In order to strengthen our IT infrastructure and support for our employees, we are looking for a motivated IT specialist for our location in Berlin-Adlershof.

IT support employee / IT system administrator (m/f/d) Your tasks in detail:

  • Support and supervision of users in 1st and 2nd level support
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems and applications; including servers, laptops, tablets, smartphones and printers
  • Participation in IT projects and the development of ideas to improve IT processes
  • Coordination, coordination and communication with external service providers and internal departments
  • Management of user accounts, access rights and security guidelines
  • Training employees on IT best practices and security protocols.
  • Identifying IT problems and developing efficient solutions.
  • Escalation of complex problems to higher support levels as required
  • Updating and maintaining IT documentation, including instructions and process documentation.

Our requirements:

  • Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, information technology or comparable qualification.
  • Practical experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Sound knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge in the application and support of IT/telecommunications infrastructure environments and Windows operating systems incl. M365
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply
  • Ability to work in a team and customer orientation.
  • Independent and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken) – additional language skills are welcome
