Your responsibilities, Drive Ruby on Rails development, contributing to product excellence, Collaborate closely with the team, ensuring efficient feature implementation, Conduct code reviews, address technical challenges, and maintain high standards, Actively participate in planning and prioritizing development tasks, Proactively identify and address technical debt to ensure codebase health
5+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on Ruby on Rails development., Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Sidekiq, and Redis, Experience with fast-growing companies, demonstrating adaptability and agility, Demonstrated commitment, taking ownership of tasks, and a proactive mindset, Strong focus on user satisfaction and delivering top-notch user experiences, Excellent communication skills in English
Optional, Leadership experience, particularly in guiding and mentoring team members, Interest or experience in AI Engineering (NLP, LLM, ML, MLOps)
