Job Description
We are searching for a highly motivated HR Specialist to join the International Mobility team of our Hub. In this role, you will be responsible for the content and technical aspects of International Mobility topic areas within HR for multiple locations in the region.
Your tasks will be:
► Managing of the short- and long-term expatriation processes;
► Coordinating international assignments according to the Bosch Central Directives and Country specific regulations;
► Ensuring the relevant compensation, legal, immigration, labour and tax compliance;
► Providing customer service as a first point of contact for the expats and relevant stakeholders;
► Support user department and organization in the preparation of new IT-based International Mobility processes;
► Present possibilities of HRS scope to other divisions outside the organization;
► Aid in qualifying the specialists in the International Mobility topic area through trainings and workshops about current matters, regulations, processes or developments.
Qualifications
Which requirements are important to us?
► Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas.
► Experience: You have 3-5 years of experience in HR related topics and a deep understanding of HR processes, (International Mobility relevant experience is an advantage).
► Personality: You are analytical, self-organized and proactive. You can communicate clearly.
► Working practice: You feel comfortable in an agile team using the scrum methodology. You can confidently promote concepts and ideas that lead to operational excellence. You can evaluate processes considering costs and benefits.
► Languages: You have advanced English skills (written and spoken). Other foreign languages are beneficial.
