Summary: As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data into our systems and databases. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our data, supporting our team in making informed decisions based on accurate information. Key Responsibilities Inputting, updating, and maintaining data in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Verifying data accuracy and identifying and correcting errors promptly. Organizing and maintaining files and records both electronically and in hard copy. Assisting with data cleanup and data migration projects as needed. Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency and completeness. Generating reports and extracting data for analysis purposes. Adhering to data security and confidentiality policies at all times. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field. English C1/C2. English resume is required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or a similar role preferred. Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
