Job Title: MuleSoft Developer
Location: Remote (Manager is in Tampa).
Number of positions: 1
Duration of assignment: 6 months – This assignment could be extended or possibly convert to full time (fulltime would need to be willing to relocate to Tampa)
Responsibilities:
- Develop API Led Connectivity solutions using a structured and methodical approach – keeping with a mindset of long-term maintainability and reusable assets, components, and frameworks.
- Effectively translate business needs into scalable and forward-thinking implementations on the MuleSoft platform.
- Design, build and implement MuleSoft solutions for On-Premise (Anypoint Platform).
- Ability to effectively translate business needs into scalable and forward-thinking implementations on the MuleSoft platform.
- Work within an Agile Framework development environment.
- Monitor all application environments and proactively update them from Runtime Manager.
- Working within an Agile Framework development environment.
- Contribute to MuleSoft integration efforts for different projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- MuleSoft Developer Certification – Level 1
- Hands on experience with Mule 3.7+ and 4.0 with both on-premises servers and CloudHub and Mule Anypoint Platform Components including API Manager, Runtime Manager, Design Center, Exchange and CloudHub.
- Strong DataWeave JSON, XML Transformations experience, Knowledgeable about MuleSoft connectors like FTP, SFTP, JDBC, salesforce, Database and Queues
- Experience in migrating API’s from Mule3 to Mule4
- Provides technical leadership (platform, best practices, standards, guidelines, roadmaps) to development teams that are using the API platform.
- Communicate and collabo*** with various stakeholders ensuring correct, effective on-time implementation of Integration solutions.
- Create reusable artifacts, standards, templates, guidelines, patterns to be used by other team members.
- Lead the team and technical deliverables.
- Mentor and enable team members in delivering the project effectively.
- Ensuring the standards, guidelines, code quality criteria are met in every phase of delivery.
- Assist in technical POC’s to create innovative technical solutions.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing REST MuleSoft solutions with Salesforce and Data warehouse applications
- 3+ years of experience working in enterprise application integration
- 3+ years of experience with MuleSoft Product and features.
- 1-2 years of experience in version control systems (e.g., GIT, Bitbucket).
- 1-2 years of experience in MUnit and unit testing in SOAPUI or POSTMAN.
- 1-2 years of experience in Splunk, SUMO, or similar API performance monitoring tools.
- Good experience in Continuous integration and delivery tools (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins)
