Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Analyst & Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing automated data integration solutions, and creating interactive dashboards to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business decisions. Design and implement automated data integration solutions to streamline processes and improve data accuracy and consistency. Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and Google Analytics to visualize key performance metrics and KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business objectives, and translate them into actionable insights and reporting solutions. Maintain and optimize existing data pipelines, workflows, and dashboards to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance. Provide training and support to users on data tools, platforms, and best practices to enhance data literacy and self-service analytics capabilities. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in data analytics, integration, and visualization, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required English Resume is required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Integration Specialist, or similar role, with a focus on data analysis, integration, and dashboard development. Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Google Analytics, and Go High Level. Experience with Quickbooks API, CSV data imports, and integration tools like Make.com/Zapier. Strong SQL skills and experience querying and manipulating relational databases.
