Responsibilities: Supporting customers During the full life cycle of the project until go-live. Coordinate with Project Manager on project scope and objectives and ensure achievement of same within required timeframe. Assist customers in optimal utilization of all software tools and provide technical assistance during implementation. Implement and ensure configuration of Successware services are according to customer contract. Identify gaps in functionality and work with product management to enhance our products. Completion of assigned tasks in required timeframe for project and customer to be successful. Maintain and continue to learn our software to better serve our customers. Must have strong interpersonal skills to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Must be able to work independently and/or team, work responsibly, and sincerely to address customer needs as quickly as possible. Must track task completions within our Task management tool and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project readiness. Strong oral and written communications skills required. Coordinate with Trainers to maximize customer adaptation by sharing knowledgeable information regarding customer usage. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience 1 – 3 years of experience working on Implementation tasks Must have experience integrating new software with existing systems Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and finding issues.
