The work can be managed remotely – with time-to-time office presence depending on the team’s agreement and the demand of the respective professional area – from any location in Hungary. In case of some company events, office attendance is expected from the colleagues. Technical conditions for working from home are fully in place.

Job Description

We are looking for a Product Owner for our CRM environment (with focus on Salesforce) who is in regular contact with the business stakeholders and who is configuring the system according our business needs. Since we currently also have other CRM systems (SAP C4C, CAS genesisWorld) in our portfolio, you will also have to deal with those applications.

Main tasks, roles and responsibilities :

  • The planning and creation of a holistic roadmap for our CRM landscape
  • Process analysis and optimisation of our Salesforce system landscape
  • Independent implementation of the designed changes
  • Implementation of new functionalities, components and applications
  • Coordination of authorisations and user administration
  • Access, incident and change management for Salesforce and our other CRM applications
  • 1st and 2nd level support
  • Cross-location support for projects
  • Steering of external consultants

Special Tasks/ Key challenges:

  • SAP S/4 rollout to a new company and establishing interfaces to their existing Salesforce environment

Qualifications

Education:

  • University degree within IT or similar

Work experiences – time/seniority/ sector:

  • At least 4 years of experience

Technical/ IT knowledge:

  • Very good knowledge of the administration and configuration of Salesforce
  • Solid knowledge of requirements and process analysis
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • SAP knowledge in the area of SAP-SD (since all our CRM systems are closely integrated into our SAP landscape)
  • Experience with CAS / C4C would be useful

Language – with level

  • Fluent English
  • German would be helpful
