Job Description
The Front Office Technology Teams primary duty is to support the region (through technology) to achieve its revenue goals. The team does this by innovating on behalf of our sales customers; through process efficiencies; identifying trends and adjusting our approach; managing third-party relationships, and by showing the business what good looks like and what is possible. Our Information Services teams are responsible for all core enterprise technologies such as Outlook, allowing the Front Office Technology Team to focus on revenue growth activities.
Core Skills, Role and Responsibilities
The Front Office Technology team are responsible for driving and overseeing the success and adoption of our market-leading technology stack. Our goal is to understand business problems fully, work with internal and external partners to identify best fit solutions, which will maximize the user or customer experience. As a Technology Support Analyst, you will impact the sales business, customers and candidates that we place, through technology. The role will involve:
- Supporting strategic initiatives, projects and implementations delivered by the Front Office Technology team.
- Take an active role in partnering and managing third-party supplier relationships across Europe. This will include negotiating commercials, identifying training needs and provisioning of accounts.
- Troubleshooting issues and problems across those technologies which Front Office Technology manage.
- Support the build and maintenance of activity dashboards, along with activity trends analysis.
- Partner with Sales leaders and other stakeholders to identify process improvements in line with the business priorities.
- Support and manage ad-hoc projects.
- Proactively streamline and automate existing processes and act as the first point of contact for core workstreams.

Qualifications
- Have in-depth knowledge of the Recruitment industry, services and products, along with their application.
- Knowledge of the I.T. Services and/or Staffing Industry
- Experience leveraging technology to enhance a Sales workforce’s productivity
- Experience in B.I./Data Analytics
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong decision-making ability
- Proven track record in training and coaching
- Recognised subject matter expert in CV database and job posting technology, with a strong knowledge of how a recruiter should Source effectively using these channels
