PURPOSE
As a member of Site and Planning Suites complex programs which involve the implementation and integration of various IQVIA datasets and IQVIA products from several domains developing data pipelines. During internship, resource will work alongside machine learning engineers who are developing AI programs. In this role, you will help design and develop new Datawarehouses as well as migrate existing applications onto the new platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Establishing best practices for data collection, preparation, and analysis
Designing and implementing experiments to test hypotheses and improve models
Developing ETL pipelines in and out of data warehouse using combination of Python and Snowflakes SnowSQL Writing SQL queries against Snowflake
Designing and implementing algorithms using software packages such as R or Python
Establishing best practices for data collection, preparation, and analysis
Developing new models or improving existing models using statistical techniques such as regression analysis or clustering algorithms
Developing new algorithms or improving existing algorithms by using programming languages such as C++ or Java
Understanding data pipelines and modern ways of automating data pipeline using cloud based
Creating design documents and unit test documentation framework
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Hand-on with programming languages like Python or R

Must be currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree

Be familiar with Algorithms and Data Analysis.

Strong technical troubleshooting skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $31,900.00 – $53,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
