Collect, analyze and validate data from new and existing sources and ensure customer-oriented visualization for Germany, Austria, Switzerland. Support the further development and execution of a reporting dashboard for the implementation of strategies, goals and business processes Create HR key figures for the annual corporate reports Support the implementation of reporting standards, policies and HR systems Accompany internal HR projects as well as taking over special topics Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within HR SCE Support a cost efficient set-up, identify and enforce improvement potential
Elvárások / Requirements
Completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree with a focus on quantitative methods / statistics First professional experience (>2 years) in reporting and analytics Analytical mind focusing on problem solving and on results Empathic and strong communication skills, being able to transfer complex data structures into easy communication for stakeholders Enjoying to work in an international environment with a mindset of thinking global / acting local Advanced computer skills, including office applications, combined with tech & digitization affinity, experience with SAP SFEC and ServiceNow beneficial Fluent in English and German
