Main responsibilities:
Provide 2nd-level operational support for global networking and telecommunication infrastructure. Design, install, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and security systems. Lead network and telecom projects, ensuring top-tier performance and security. Develop and maintain technical documentation and support training initiatives.
Required skills:
Engineering degree in computer sciences or equivalent experience. ITIL and CCNA knowledge. 3+ years in IT, with extensive experience in networking and security. Proven expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
