Job Description
- Design and build surveys using the Qualtrics platform, ensuring a user-friendly and engaging experience for respondent
- Implement advanced survey features such as skip logic and embedded data
- Implement and maintain survey translations and Qualtrics library items
- Maintain documentation for file management, systems and processes related to survey processing and related activities
- Update and maintain existing surveys and dashboards as needed
- Manage user groups, users and access rights
- Create and manage survey participant lists and directories and ensure proper targeting of survey invitations and reminders
- Implement workflows, and configuring API connections towards 3rd party applications or other Qualtrics projects
- API connections testing/debugging using Postman or similar tools
- Design and implement email responses/notifications triggered in Qualtrics
- Setup and configure datasets
- Create custom metrics, custom data fields (bucketing, formula, combine).
- Configure and setup Text IQ topics, sentiment analisys
- Design and build interactive dashboards to visualize survey results and key metrics
- Importing, exporting, restructuring Qualtrics project data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant work experience
- Language: English level min. B2 or higher, German is an advantage
- Minimum two (2) years of related work experience
- Proficiency in using the Qualtrics platform to create and build surveys
- A strong understanding of survey methodology and best practices
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON and how API-s work)
- Customer centric, strategic thinkig, focused on delivering futureproof, maintainable, reusable solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Joy of working with customer teams
Nice to have knowledge, skills.
