Elvárások / Requirements

  • Completed studies in business administration or a
    comparable degree with a focus on quantitative
    methods / statistics
  • First professional experience (>2 years) in reporting and
    analytics
  • Analytical mind focusing on problem solving and on results
  • Empathic and strong communication skills, being able to
    transfer complex data structures into easy communication
    for stakeholders
  • Enjoying to work in an international environment with a
    mindset of thinking global / acting local
  • Advanced computer skills, including office applications,
    combined with tech & digitization affinity, experience with
    SAP SFEC and ServiceNow beneficial
  • Fluent in English and German

Amit kínálunk / Offer

  • Collect, analyze and validate data from new and existing
    sources and ensure customer-oriented visualization for
    Germany, Austria, Switzerland.
  • Support the further development and execution of a
    reporting dashboard for the implementation of strategies,
    goals and business processes
  • Create HR key figures for the annual corporate reports
  • Support the implementation of reporting standards,
    policies and HR systems
  • Accompany internal HR projects as well as taking over
    special topics
  • Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and
    best practice sharing within HR SCE
  • Support a cost efficient set-up, identify and enforce
    improvement potential
