What does the role look like?

Are you passionate about People Development data and to manage the reporting requirements for various stakeholders? Do you see your strengths in structuring data and coordinating interfaces? If you want to work in an international team and shape the future of our products in a dynamic environment, then this is the right role for you.

  • You will coordinate the reporting and analysis requests for People Development data out of different IT platforms like skill management, learning or performance management and request necessary interfaces from other systems to supply the needed data.
  • You will handle data on a very large scale for up to 140k employees, with all corresponding challenges in data quality and unique data sets.
  • You will translate the reporting requirements between business stakeholders (entities, HR departments, worker’s council, etc.) and the technical colleagues actually building the reporting infrastructure and reports.
  • You understand the data structure, the source systems and the purpose driving the different reports/dashboards requests.
  • You will inspire data-driven decision-making and prepare recommendations for the management team.

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of data structures and reporting
  • Advanced in Excel, PowerBI is an advantage
  • Experience in requirements management
  • Strong in storytelling with data
  • Strong in developing use cases and prioritizing a development roadmap aligned with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Collaboration is in your DNA; you can manage challenging reporting requirements and set a common standard for the company.
  • Fluent in English language, German is an advantage.
