Hi, I’m Caroline from Property Hub .

We help people become smarter property investors.

We do that by putting together multi-million-pound property deals and sharing everything we learn with our community. Our goal is to demystify property investment and make it accessible and profitable for everyone.

Our team consists of about 30 dedicated professionals, each bringing their unique skills to the table. Our marketing team, though small, plays a crucial role in our success.

Currently, it consists of a lead and a graphic design specialist, and we are now on the lookout for a talented marketing all-rounder to join us.

We’re looking for someone who can transform our investor material into engaging copy, schedule and create content for our social channels, and analyse performance metrics to improve our strategies.

From email marketing and landing pages to webinars and events, this role offers a wide variety of tasks. If you have a passion for property and a talent for creative marketing, you could be the perfect addition to our team!

Marketing is the driving force behind Property Hub.

We’ve created an audience, tens of thousands strong, eager to consume everything we do.

Now, we are looking for someone with killer copywriting skills and a knack for balancing this with a range of wider marketing knowledge.

As the Marketing Executive , you will:

📣 Create exciting launch material to present to prospective investors; research and draft content.

📱 Create and schedule content across our social channels – and analyse the performance.

📧 Perform email marketing and build campaigns for new launches.

🌐 Construct new landing pages for various campaigns.

🎥 Assist with setting up live events (webinars) and liaise with our team to make sure they happen on time.

🎟️ Assist with events – from venue sourcing to ticketing set-up.

📊 Review the performance of our campaigns and draw meaningful analysis to help the team shape future activities across all channels.

🗂️ Delve into a range of marketing administrative duties.

📈 Report figures and successes.

This is a full-time role with UK hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and is a true team player. Our marketing team is small but mighty, so we need someone with a first-class work ethic, a thirst for knowledge and a passion for learning new skills – not to mention someone who’s honest, trustworthy and flexible to meet business demands.

You don’t need to have a property background, (we have more than enough content to help educate you), but you’ll have top-notch communication skills (verbal and written), and you’ll be a pro at managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

You’ll also be a creative person – not afraid to think outside the box and make suggestions for improvements and campaigns. We’re a collaborative team and we want to hear them all!

To excel in this role, you need:

  • Experience with copywriting
  • Experience with WordPress and Google Analytics
  • Experience with email marketing
  • Experience with social media marketing
  • Top-notch communication skills (verbal and written)

Brownie Points for:

  • Experience with Salesforce and email systems such as Pardot or Active Campaign
  • Ability to analyse data, evaluate findings and present the success of your campaigns.
  • Property Sector or investment sales experience.

What’s in it for you?

  • 💰 £1900 – £2200 per month*
