- Proven record (5+ years) of delivery of multiple complex software development projects or products.
- Proven, strong experience in leading (2+ years) development teams using Agile principles and practices, with the proven ability to mentor, motivate, and support the growth of engineers.
- Up-to-date knowledge of one of the modern JavaScript frameworks and back-end platforms , or readiness/commitment to master both if you have specialized in back-end or front-end so far.
- Truly engineering approach to solving problems. Good theoretical foundations of computer science (e.g. algorithms and computational complexity, OOP) are super practical in the ever-changing landscape of technologies.
- Goals and data-driven approach to software product development.
