The Enterprise Account Executive is integral to Leoforce’s sales team. The role will be responsible for entering into new markets using a variety of sales strategies. These new markets will drive Leoforce’s success year over year. The role will also be responsible for communicating plans with both BDRs and executives to meet company-wide targets. This role will be expected to bring valuable experience and adaptability to address our clients’ evolving needs. Responsibilities: Prospect to Fortune 1000 (“Enterprise”) target companies and generate opportunities with organizations interested in learning more about our company and the business impact we deliver Own the full sales cycle for our Arya AI recruiting platform with outbound sales motion, hitting set quota on a consistent basis Develop a comprehensive understanding of Leoforce’s product and services suite to maximize value for prospects and clients Proactively and continuously seek new business opportunities in the market Maintain accurate pipeline and data integrity in SalesForce Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual achievement of KPIs while executing on territory go-tomarket plans and building strong relationships with prospective stakeholders Provide guidance to BDRs on where to expand their outreach Adapt communication with clients based on their unique needs Stay up to date with industry knowledge and trends to effectively position Leoforce against alternatives and continuously enhance our offerings to scale Work closely with high level executives to adapt, present, and execute plans to meet long-term business goals Skills and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required 7+ years of experience in an Enterprise sales role or other combination of education and experience Experience selling HR Tech, HR Software, SaaS, Staffing Tech, Staffing Software, and/or AI Software Experience selling to Corporate staffing leaders, Staffing firms (RPO, Contingency, Search), ATS’s, VSP’s, and/or MSP’s Previous foundational training on sales process and sales methodology Experience (current or former) working at a small company (250 employees or less), preferably a startup environment Consistently propose creative solutions and demonstrate their effectiveness in achieving objectives Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to work in a start-up, fast-paced, high-growth environment Experience running a strategic sales process with multiple stakeholders Salary Information : base salary starting at $90,000 (DOE) plus a lucrative variable compensation plan.
