2000 16th St,Denver,Colorado,80202,United States of America The Sr. Analyst, Strategy and Special Projects will manage a robust portfolio in alignment with the business’ strategic goals and initiatives. This portfolio includes projects impacting key Village initiatives and multi-year objectives, such as reducing hospitalizations, increasing Home modality, and driving provider based solutions for integrated kidney care through a focus on providers. They will gain a strong understanding of the business while interacting and partnering with cross-functional teams to determine what new provider solutions and products will result in the greatest overall impact to clinical quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate first-principles thinking in analyzing problems and engaging with teammates, will leverage hypotheses–based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities, and be inquisitive, detailed, and results ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Data modeling and migration between different data warehouses Create and execute stored procedures Reporting and Solution Development: Build quantitative and qualitative data sets and use them to Create, maintain, and distribute reports related to clinical outcomes, surveillance, and risk mitigation on a regular basis Utilize multiple computational languages, platforms and environments to mine and manage data in preparation for analysis and/or reporting Provide clinical insights and data trends to support and inform a multitude of projects and initiatives across the organization Create cohesive presentations based on findings, summarizing insights from analysis Act as a collaborative partner during strategy meetings Become an subject matter expert and thought partner in clinical and methodologic areas Willing to travel (up to 10% of time) TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: At least 3-5 years of SQL experience, and the ability to demonstrate strong coding skills required (Snowflake preferred) Experience with BI tools required (Looker, Tableau, etc) Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required ETL experience preferred OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative fields such as statistics, computer science, or math strongly recommended 3-5 years of prior relevant work experience required Advanced critical thinking, strong work ethic, creative mindset, adept communication skills, attention to detail, design-mindedness, flexibility with change, comfort with ambiguity, efficient time management, technical aptitude, and business acumen Given the remote nature of our work, the ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize effectively, and complete work on-time with limited supervision WHAT WE’LL PROVIDE: More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
