Service Management Specialist
Our client is a prestigious market leader in telecommunication with a British background. They are looking for their new team member to join their Budapest/Debrecen-based Service Management team.
As a Service Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless service delivery to our small client companies. Your responsibilities will revolve around supporting clients with service issues, monitoring incidents, facilitating communication between internal teams and clients, and acting as a bridge to enhance collaboration. Key Responsibilities in your new role:
Incident Monitoring: Keep a vigilant eye on service incidents. Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our small client companies, assisting them with service-related queries and ensuring their needs are met. Internal-Client Communication: Act as a liaison between our internal teams and clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals. Bridge Builder: Foster strong relationships by bridging the gap between clients and our organisation, promoting collaboration and understanding. Client Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for clients, and other relevant metrics.
Our ideal candidate:
Owns at least 1–2 years of experience in the IT field. Familiar with Service Desk processes. Fluent in English. Owns any experience in the field of networks.
