Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for D365-related questions and issues. Facilitate communication between country management, sales teams, and IT. Provide training on D365 functionality. Ensure data integrity in CRM System. Create and manage reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
Proficiency in D365 and understanding of business processes. Excellent verbal and written English. German or Italian language knowledge. Proactive problem solver. Familiarity with Excel. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft D365, Salesforce) Strong analytical skills.
