Opcenter MES Developer We are looking for a talented MES Developer with expertise in Opcenter Execution Discrete MES to contribute to the development and implementation of manufacturing execution systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Opcenter Execution Discrete and its various functionalities, as well as experience with Project Studio, ExtApp, App, and Functional Block. Additionally, familiarity with Mendix is highly desirable. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design MES solutions. Develop and customize Opcenter Execution Discrete MES applications based on project specifications. Configure and integrate MES software components to meet business needs. Conduct testing and debugging of MES applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MES development. Requirements: Must be a US Citizen. Proven experience with Opcenter Execution Discrete MES and working knowledge (not legacy Simatic IT). Strong understanding of Project Studio with ExtApp, App, and Functional Block. Basic knowledge of Mendix is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Nice to Have: Experience in Aerospace MES development. Familiarity with other manufacturing execution systems and related technologies. Relevant certifications in MES or related fields.
