ICFs Digital Modernization Division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department. Our team is a leading provider of Digital Transformation services for Federal agencies. We are currently seeking to hire a Salesforce Administrator to support our projects. As a key member of our team, this role will be responsible for assisting in providing effective and efficient administration of a large Salesforce implementation with multiple applications. Duties include internal and external user management, incident response, org security, data integrity, data migration, change and release management, reporting, production support, and other duties. The candidate should demonstrate experience in similar roles maintaining seamless access to hundreds or thousands of standard and community users across multiple applications. The candidate must have a proven record of positive collaboration with others, especially stakeholders, developers, business analysts, quality assurance analysts, and project managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement enhancements and roll out new features; execute solution design activities such as data model, object modeling, page layout design, and rule logic definition in the context of the Salesforce application.
Perform metadata xml comparisons and assist with resolving deployment issues.
Define proper controls in the areas of security, access, separation of duties, design and release standards.
Understand system architecture and collaborate with developers to investigate and resolve production issues.
Maintain data integrity through data cleansing and deduplication.
Enforce Salesforce best practices for platform administration.
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
Create training and user documentation and maintain ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added.
Mentor and grow junior administrators in their career path.
Contribute to internal company initiatives and commit to personal improvement and continuous learning objectives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of Salesforce.com administration, declarative configuration and maintenance experience.
US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position).
Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of IT and/or business design related experience
5+ years Salesforce.com administration, declarative configuration and maintenance experience.
2+ years working with GitHub and or other DevOps Tools
Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Advanced Administrator
Experience in the following Salesforce areas: Platform/Ecosystem, Data Modeling, Community Cloud, Lightning Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Analytics, Integration, Gov Cloud
Strong communication, analytical and time management skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field required
Experience working with Agile and in sprints
Experience working with source code repositories (Gitlab/GitHub/Bitbucket) and automation tool (Jenkins/Bamboo/GitLab)

Pay Range – There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$69,862.00 – $118,765.00
