airSlate, a leader in the multi-billion dollar document workflow market is looking for a IT Support Engineer to join our team in our Wroclaw office. You will be a key part of the IT team with the span to make a big difference on a small team while supporting airSlate’s growth and success.

More than 100 million users trust airSlate’ suite of products to automate routine document tasks with full control over their processes and their data. As a member of airSlate’s Global team, you’ll be part of the next chapter of growth as our brand expands and we bring new products to market.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a HelpDesk or similar environment
  • Strong technical skills with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Communication skills in Ukrainian/Russian language
  • Experience with Windows and Mac OS X operating systems
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Slack and other common business software applications
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Experience working with HelpDesk ticketing systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to providing excellent service

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Atlassian products administration
  • Experience using MDM solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, network equipment and applications
  • Prepare new Macbooks and Windows laptops for users
  • Respond to technical support requests from other staff members and communicate how to resolve issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems, software faults and other users IT issues
  • Support the roll-out of new applications and systems
  • Keep a record of issues, along with solutions, to refer back to in future instances
  • Work closely with Kyiv IT Team on the current activities
