About the role
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Senior Digital Marketer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and communications department, you will be responsible for brand management & producing compelling and engaging content across various platforms to promote our mission and initiatives.
Note: Only full-time applicants will be accepted as the role is not applicable for freelancers & third-party agents
Working hours: 9am – 5pm UK time [Weekdays only]
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation and Writing :
- Write high-quality, engaging content for various platforms including blogs, social media, websites, emails, and newsletters.
- Develop compelling and creative copy that aligns with the brand’s voice and tone.
Social Media Management:
- Create, schedule, and publish social media posts across multiple platforms.
- Develop social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Monitor social media trends and respond to audience interactions.
Email Marketing :
- Write and design email campaigns that engage and convert recipients.
- Manage email lists and segment audiences for targeted campaigns.
- Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Marketing Communications :
- Write press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align PR efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage online events, webinars, and live sessions to connect with the audience.
2. Branding Strategy :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy.
- Generate innovative ideas for content that will captivate and engage the target audience.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques.
3. SEO and Analytics :
- Implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search rankings.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance content effectiveness.
4. Collaboration and Communication :
- Work closely with graphic designers to produce cohesive and compelling content.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives and campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve content quality.
5. Project Management :
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Track project progress and report on key milestones and outcomes.

About you
Desirable Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge in Zoho as the main platform is preferred.
- Exceptional Writing Skills : Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content across various formats and platforms.
- Creativity and Innovation : Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop original and captivating content ideas.
- Graphic Design Skills : Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create visually appealing content.
- Social Media Savvy : In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends, with the ability to create and manage engaging social media content.
- SEO Knowledge : Understanding of SEO principles and best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase visibility.
- Marketing Skills : Familiarity with marketing concepts and strategies to effectively promote content and drive audience engagement.
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Project Management Skills : Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
