What We Expect
You are experienced with the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) approach and understand how to navigate its complexities. What are the priorities? Where are we in the schedule? What does it take to be successful? This requires your openness and ability to keep everyone on board.
Communication, coaching, and possibly mediation are your tools to take different people along on the project journey. Be open in your possibilities, and creative in your solutions – this way you can situationally play a much broader repertoire.
Mistakes are okay. They make us smarter. For all of us, it’s about development and continuous improvement. This also includes a healthy approach to conflicts. Accept and resolve them! Constructive friction can be a good driving force.
What You Bring:
- You are organized, positive, driven, a team player and ready to develop yourself further into the role of an Agile Coach
- You are skilled in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Several years of leadership or project management experience in the IT field
- Excellent German & English skills
- Agile mindset!
