Job summary:

We are seeking a Technical Lead with a strong background in Data Build Tool and extensive experience in the healthcare domain specifically in Payer and Provider sectors. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience leading projects that drive innovation and efficiency. This role is pivotal in transforming our data management practices to enhance our services in the healthcare industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

– Lead the development and implementation of data management solutions using Data Build Tool to support payer and provider domains.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues ensuring data quality and integrity.

– Design and oversee the execution of data migration strategies ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.

– Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data management systems and processes.

– Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data management technologies applying this knowledge to improve our systems.

– Facilitate training sessions for team members on the use of Data Build Tool and best practices in data management.

– Conduct regular reviews of project progress adjusting strategies and resources as necessary to meet project objectives.

– Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and standards within all projects.

– Drive continuous improvement initiatives in data management processes enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

– Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role with a focus on data management projects.

– Strong technical proficiency in Data Build Tool is mandatory.

– Deep understanding of the healthcare domain specifically payer and provider sectors.

– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

– Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.

– A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of data management.

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is $110,000-$135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
