1 hour interview panel, Manager, Tech Lead, maybe Squad Lead (divide and conquer type interview).

Requirement Details:
- Net Benefits Team built an app from the ground up. There was a re-org and now the app is up and running. They need some folks to support that app and do some new development. Need someone who is flexible / entrepreneurial and can pivot quickly.
- Looking for a Sr. level full-stack developer (likely at least 7-10 years) with Front-end and Back-End. Java and Angular latest versions, GraphQL and NodeJS.
- Expecting some upcoming migrations, but nothing has been nailed down yet.
- Looking for a “swiss-army knife? that is adaptable that they may need to move among a couple teams from time to time.
- They do not have a ton of UI experience on the team, that would be highly desirable.
Tech Stack:
- Java/J2EE (good with transferable skills ‘ Node / Angular Full-stack vs. Java/Angular)
- Angular 12 (a percentage of knowledge needs to be here or a modern Angular version)
- Typescript (Manager is checking on if this is needed)
- NodeJS
- GraphQL
- Spring Boot
