Job Summary Foodbuy, Compass Group USA is looking for a data analyst to join their team in Charlotte, NC. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Investigate and troubleshoot data structure issues and other data-related issues, providing solutions or recommendations for improvement. Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features. Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog. Support the Product Owner in writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Help facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Participate in (and occasionally lead) Scrum meetings, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Job Qualifications Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and drive to find root causes of issues Strong analytical and research skills; ability to investigate data problems and recommend effective solutions Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment Basic knowledge of product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
