Setting up and launching advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads;

Collaborating with the motion team for the creation and testing of creatives;

Formulating hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, and analyzing their results.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
-
Minimum 2 years of experience working with Facebook for mobile games with IAA/IAP monetization and budgets of $100k+ per month;
-
Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads (auction mechanics, optimizers, campaign scaling, creative testing, etc.);
-
Understanding of mobile analytics principles, experience with AppsFlyer/Adjust;

Knowledge and understanding of mobile metric calculations, including CPA, ARPPU, LTV, ROAS, CVR, Retention, etc;
-
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills;
-
Goal-oriented with responsibility for the results of your work, collaborating within the UA team and with related departments, sharing knowledge and experience;

Experience with SRN channels and ad video networks and understanding of their auction mechanics will be a plus;

English level — Intermediate+
