Job Summary:
Junior Associate Producer will oversee the development of multiple video game projects based on ESC’s catalog. This role involves working closely with external studios and development teams to ensure that project milestones are met and that all gaming projects align with ESC’s brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management in the video game industry, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. You will be reporting to the management on dailies. Overseeing project from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, schedules, and milestones for each video game project.
Coordination and Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between ESC and external development teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Milestone Tracking: Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. Identify and address potential risks and issues.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet ESC’s quality standards and brand guidelines.
– Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that teams have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
– Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and any necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
– Education: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Game Development, or a related field.
– Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the video game industry.
– Skills:
– Strong understanding of game development processes and timelines.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in project management software (e.g.,ASANA).
– Attributes:
– Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
– Passion for video games and a deep understanding of ESC’s catalog.
