IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) Working hours: full-time Your job includes:
- Customer and service-oriented support in the software and hardware area as well as user support in IT-relevant questions
- Printer management
- the creation and implementation of media concepts for hybrid events
- Patch management as well as software packaging and distribution
- Mobile device management
- Creation and maintenance of system documentation and user manuals
You have:
- Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Relevant task-specific professional experience
- Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications and other standard applications
- sound knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, network technologies and current client hardware
- A high degree of initiative as well as service and customer orientation
- Ability to work in a team with a professional, problem- and service-oriented approach
- Very good knowledge of German (at least C1), good knowledge of English (at least B1)
