Responsibilities
- Promote Agile/Scrum approach and contribute to generate a positive environment where the Development Team can perform at its best
- Foster the alignment between Business and IT to ensure an efficient and effective delivery
- Facilitate and support all Scrum events : Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Provide insightful info on the activities to ensure KPI and performances monitoring

Qualifications
- We are looking forward to your successfully completed your studies in informatics or a comparable course of study
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in the IT field
- Experience in managing highly complex projects to grant their delivery on time and on budget
- Sound knowledge of management tools such as Jira and Confluence including board customization, report generation, releases, components, filtering etc.
- Understanding of principles of Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban. Knowledge of SAFe framework is a plus.
- Very good English and Polish skills , written and spoken. German is a plus.
- Availability to work in a remote/hybrid mode. Remote workers, we invite them to the office 2+ times per month.
