Your new role

Supporting the departments,stakeholders and customers with regular or ad-hoc reports for further analysis, Executing functional application management of locally managed IT applications, Making arrangements for maintaining centrally managed IT applications, Receiving and handle incidents and manage system enhancement and implementation Ticketing

What you’ll need to succeed

• BSc/MSc degree with focus on ICT (Information Communication Technologies or Business Informatics)• Minimum 3 years of experience with internal exposure or application management and reporting in a Shared Service Center environment • Knowledge of AF & KL accounting systems and procedures • Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Applications and database handling • Programming skills • Intermediate English in writing and verbally • Hands on experience in leading BI tools (Spotfire, QlikView or MS Power BI) • MS SQL server • Microsoft Power Shell, Command Shell scripts, VBScripts • Motivation to learn with Agile/SCRUM process
