As an ASPIRE SME you actively contribute to the successful implementation of the ASPIRE Global Templates together with SAP S4Hana in the companies supported by RSS. You closely work together with the Regional Deployment Team, IT teams and the RSS Operations colleagues impacted by the separate waves of the Program.
The Opportunity:
Onboarding

Collaborating with the Program, embracing its vision, reviewing documents, global templates, and tools, and participating in workshops for complex scenarios including data mapping.
Impact assessment

Engaging with Operations colleagues and actively contributing to Fit To Template workshops, articulating critical local business and reporting needs.
Data mapping
-
Contributing to master data scoping and migration including data enrichment and data migration dress rehearsal, including identification & collaboration with data owners
Testing
-
Executing or reviewing the execution of UAT and “Day in Life” simulation in collaboration with Operations colleagues
Training
-
Coordinating and deliver end-users training
Business Cutover
-
Participating in business readiness activities and coordinating continuity plans within Operations.
Post Go-live activities
-
Updating process documentation and providing post go-live support in collaboration with the Regional Deployment Team and IT.
Who you are
-
2-3 years of related experience in Finance/Accounting
-
University or College Education, concentration on Finance or Accounting or other relevant degree (e.g. Chartered Accountant) is desirable
-
SAP knowledge, SAP S4Hana experience is advantage

Global project management experience (e.g. system implementation, migration) is desirable
-
Proficient in virtual, multicultural teamwork, adaptable to change, skilled in task prioritization, eager learner, and capable presenter to senior management with technical and business expertise

Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
