The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team: RTX Enterprise Services (ES) has an opening for a Associate Director Digital Transformation Mergers, Acquisition and Divestitures reporting to the Strategy and Transformation organization. What You Will Do The position will actively engage key ES service areas including Business Services, Cyber, Digital, and Realty in support of the RTX Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures (MA&D) portfolio. The role works closely with business units and corporate functional leads on pre and post-close activity, including but not limited to executing Transition Service Agreements and Integrations. In addition to MA&D, this role will also support other key strategic initiatives for ES and the Strategy & Transformation organization. In this fast-paced role, you will interact regularly with RTX senior leaders, at the corporate and business unit levels, to keep them updated on team progress on MA&D pipeline, strategic initiatives, and other related activities. Building strong relationships across all business units and functions in organizations that participate in MA&D and strategic ES initiatives will be critical to our team’s success. The right candidate will be well organized and agile, solving hard problems with out of the box solutions and drive! Job Description: Promote and drive the successful completion of the full M&A Lifecycle including Due Diligence, Negotiation, Closing through full Integration for Enterprise Services teams and deliverables. Manage Enterprise Services MA&D resources to partner with various functions with the Business Units and Corporate Lead strategic enterprise projects and initiatives across Enterprise Services and RTX collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver key results Lead initiatives focused on service optimization and continuous improvement to improve the MA&D and strategic processes and policies. Partner across all functions within RTX Corporate and the Business Units to insure successful outcomes on key ES initiatives. Qualification You Must Have Minimum 12 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace & Defense, Consulting and/or Information Technology, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience Prior work experience in Digital Transformation and Mergers Acquisitions & Divestitures and Strategy with large complex organization and service models Experience with ERP clone and cleanse, data migrations for HRIS, collaboration tools, and other complex digital initiatives Proven Project and Program Management experience U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
