In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Infrastructure team, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role Responsibilities include general support and troubleshooting for property networks. This includes resolving incidents and requests from the property, maintaining network diagram documents, deploying new network templates, etc. Additional responsibilities include modernization and expansion for property LAN/WAN and participating in special projects that incorporate new connectivity and technology rollouts. Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of ServiceNow tickets, in adherence to Hyatt business SLAs. Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network hardware. Work with Property ITMs and vendors to troubleshoot and enhance network infrastructure solutions that support business needs. Qualifications Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field 3+ years of experience in network engineering with a focus on LAN/WAN, Firewalls, SDWAN troubleshooting, and Ticket management CCNA certification Training and exposure to Edge firewalls such as Cisco ASA, FTDs, and Fortinet. Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools, such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, Visio, etc. Experience Preferred: Experience with centralized management tools such as Silverpeak Orchestrations, FMC, CDO, etc. Experience with function-specific systems The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing.
