Providence is calling a Business Data Analyst who will: Compile information from external data sources and correlate it with data available from within Providence St Joseph Health Work extensively and efficiently with large relational databases, external data extracts and competitor intelligence data Research identified issues, both internally and externally, using business intelligence and visualization tools Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality Be intellectually curious Work on complex assignments Be open minded to new and unusual ideas Work well within a small team environment Performs all duties in a manner which promotes teamwork and reflects the mission and philosophy of Providence St Joseph Health Providence welcomes 100% remote work for residents who reside in the following States: Alaska Washington Oregon Montana California Texas Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Management or another related field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience 3+ years of experience working with relational databases and reporting/business intelligence tools 3+ years of experience gathering, analyzing and reporting data for a wide range of internal customers in various organizational areas 3+ years of experience working with complex data structures; including independent mining and data exploration and utilizing business intelligence and data visualization software (E.G.
