SRG is seeking a highly motivated Business development Manager to join my clients team and drive growth in their analysis, testing, and technical consultancy services.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and deliver targeted sales & account development activities to achieve ambitious revenue goals with a focus on microbiology services.
- Build strong relationships with key and development accounts, identifying high-growth opportunities.
- Partner with technical experts across the company to deliver exceptional client service.
- Utilise your strong communication skills to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Use your CRM expertise to maintain comprehensive client engagement records.
I are looking for someone who:
- Possesses experience in account management or sales, ideally within a technical and consultative environment.
- Is a self-starter with a commercial mindset and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment while maintaining the ability to work independently.
- Holds a degree in science or technology (or equivalent professional experience).
- Has a strong understanding of the food industry (experience with analytical/technical services a plus).
- Possesses a full, clean driving license.
The role comes with a company car. Can be home based with occasional visits to client site in Gloucestershire
